Returns

At Zize we make returns as easy as possible. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days of delivery of your order. This provides you with 2 full months to try and decide about your bike. This however doesn’t mean that you can ride the bike for 2 months, decide you don’t like riding and return the bike to us for a refund. Are our E-Bikes Throttle or Pedal Assist?

The motor includes pedal assist sensors (PAS), so you can choose the power level of motor assistance that you would like while pedaling. Also, you can always override your designated PAS level with your throttle in order to achieve your desired speed and power. The system works through a programmable dashboard that has a 1 to 5 range of available assistance, to dial in the amount of additional help the motor will generate.

Re-Cycled Bikes

Please note all re-cycle bikes are refurbished and may contain minor cosmetic issues. Rest assured these issues are purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance or structural integrity of your bike. Cosmetic issues may include some scratches, minor chips, or dents. Refund

After we inspect and accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Cards, PayPal, or Affirm). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. Difference between Yonder and A New Leaf (ANL)

How fast are our E-Bikes?

How fast your e-bike goes will be set by us and limited by the controller to comply with local laws, most of which put a maximum of 20mph on eBikes.

Coupon isn't/not working

Check that the bike you are trying to purchase is a part of the sale: We sell 2 different brands of bikes on our website, Worksman Cycles and Zize Bikes. Coupons higher than 10% only be applied to Zize Bikes. Is the coupon still valid? Coupons are sent via email and their expiry date will be indicated in the mail. Expired coupons can not be reactivated.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing order?

Coupons can only be applied to new orders, not existing ones.

Difference between 29er and A New Leaf (ANL)

The 29er has bigger wheels, 27.5 inches instead of 26 inches. Due to the bigger wheels, the 29er has a lower carrying capacity at 450 pounds.

Where can I get my bike repaired?

The bike can be taken to a local bike shop for assistance. They should be able to replace any parts without hassle as they are accessible. But if there is anything specific that they cannot find our bike expert will be able to assist in sourcing and sending the parts you need.

We don’t sell any bike parts separately at this stage.

How long does the battery last?

The range can vary a lot for a given bike depending on the terrain you are riding and the speed you are riding at. With moderate pedal assist on typical urban terrain, you can expect 40+ miles of range on our standard build.
